The gaming history in my life
So this is my first long post on Tumblr.The reason i write this is cause i’m wide awake at night,i feel like it and also share with you guys my life.so lets get started :)
It was in 1998,the first gaming console i ever played was on the original Playstation(it was given).It ignited a spark on my love for gaming and who knows that spark is still there.First game,i ever played was Gran Turismo,Street Fighter,Dragon Ball and WWF with my cousins.Back then,i wasn’t interested in computer gaming until i borrowed a copy of Starcraft.But i only played the campaign.Never did play on Battle.Net ever.The problem is also the line back then.My home was using dial-up.That was at my Grandparent’s home btw.In 2000,my grandmother bought for me a Gameboy Pocket.Than that is where the introduction of Pokemon,Mario and Tetris comes in. :)
But then 2003 came.I moved to a different house with my family.Our house still uses dial-up that time and i did not play the computer often cause my dad is using it for work.So,i’m still stuck with my Playstation.My friend use to come to my house almost everyday and we play my Playstation all the time.In 2005 or 2006,i got my Playstation 2.It was one of the greatest thing i ever played on.So,since i have a Playstation 2 so i pass my original Playstation to my friend.My Playstation 2 stay with me till 2011 but sadly it died.The disc tray wouldn’t open.Since i don’t play it often.And my original Playstation that i gave my friend too still works.That was the end of my console gaming.
Now lets move back a few years to 2007,i moved back to my grandparents home and there was this game called Defence of the Ancient.i was From 1 during that time.My first hero was Morphling.My first game was a 1v1 mid against a Lina.i got owned HARD.So,i think it is lame.So,decided to play CS 1.6 with friend as cyber.Never want to be competitive in it just played Cs for fun.Than 2009 or From 3 happened.My friend decided to create a DOTA clan called Ho0f.I was still a noob back then so my friend taught me how to play the game properly.Never was a pro,just turned to an average DOTA player.Best hero and my favourite was Rikimaru.I got interested the DOTA competitive scene was through a commentary from a guy called Luminous.Shoutout to Lumi.Forgot what was the first game i saw a Starsboba game but i forgot the opponent.than Starsboba became my favourite Asia DOTA team but in Europe it has to be Na’Vi.Riki was my best hero until i saw Dendi plays his Pudge.i was wow’d.Ever since that day,i’ve been training Pudge.So,he is my best right now :).
It was around 2010,i have the beta key for League of Legends in Malaysia :D.so i decided to play it.It’s fun but then i was alone.I stop playing and continue my DOTA.But then 2011 came and my a few of my friends played League of Legends(i still don’t know the difference between AP and AD that time).We played a few times but we still play DOTA.But near the end of 2011 i saw Ocelotte stream.His AP mid was just wow.seeing your oppenent get bursted down like that is just awesome.So,I stated to play AP mid for awhile.I’ve been watching his stream ever since.shoutout to Ocelotte :D.Now 2012 came,all of a sudden i start to neglect DOTA cause of LoL and i switched my role to Solo Top.Wickd’s stream introduce me to Solo Top but HotShotGG is my idol for solo top.Shoutout to both Wickd and HotShotGG.But i still play AP mid tho.So right now i’m kinda the AP Mid/Solo Top player.One day i hope i will be able to meet or play against/with Ocelotte,Wickd or HotshotGG.This three people are the ones that fired up my LoL life :).
In late March or early April 2012,I entered a 3v3 LoL tourney in Kuching with two of my friends.First ever LoL Tourney in Kuching.That was my first gaming tournement EVER.We lost first round but we did better than expected.Maybe cause of the lag online compare to the cyber there.That is where Team Lupin was borned.Got the name from Hidan no Aria :).It right now consist of OppaTaku(me),MP93 and StormspiritXXX[Summoner’s name](we play on the SEA server so you are required to download Garena and use the client to download LoL).It is my dream to have a gaming team and be a pro gamer.I have future plans for my team something bigger and better.Right now,I’m just a student/average gamer.Kinda hard to balance my time but it is fun.
